At Linens of Love, no matter the type or size of donation, we are ever grateful to each of our donors. With many organizations, once you have donated, it is hard to say if your donated goods truly went anywhere beyond the warehouse or storage room. New Haven, CT—Local students from East Haven High School, Daniel Hand High School, and Southern Connecticut State University held a Stuff-A-Pillowcase drive at their respective schools in efforts to collect toiletries for homeless in the area. Hundreds of items were collected that included toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, body wash, shampoo, safety razors, shaving cream, deodorant, and much more. Continue Reading

We received a hefty donation of 90 down-feather pillows from a hotel in Wallingford. The pillows were split into two drop-offs: one for the West Haven VA Errera Community Care Center and another for the Emergency Shelter Management Services in New Haven, CT.
